What is Pretty Games?

Pretty Games is a business experiment founded by Tiago with the support of his wife Priscila.

• The name is a playful combination of their names (Pri + Ti = Pretty).

Operating as a stay-at-home dad who develops games during naptimes, Tiago focuses on creating games for younger audiences. Both founders believe games can be powerful platforms for learning and entertainment, and they plan to introduce their own children early to video games that develop important skills.

While there are many great games out there, they think there is a lot more room for other games and they hope these will resonate with other parents and kids.

Core Beliefs:

• Quality over engagement: Games should be well-designed and respect kids and parents
• Learning through play: Games can be fun while teaching language skills, math, reading, concentration, memory, and problem-solving
• Ad-free experiences: Content should deliver quality without being packed with ads or designed purely to maximize engagement

A few years ago, Tiago watched his nephew gravitating toward games that were fun...
...but packed with ads and designed to maximize engagement instead of delivering quality content.

This observation planted a seed:
what if we could make games that were just as fun, but actually good for kids?

The Opportunity 🍼

In 2025, after Tiago and Priscila became parents, they mapped out a plan where Tiago could be a stay-at-home dad and also dedicate time during naptimes to building the kinds of games they wanted their daughter to play and learn from.
